Detailed Star Wars Replica Review

I commissioned a Star Wars replica costume, specifically a Jedi robe and tunic set, from Coscosmos after seeing some of their work online. When it arrived, the craftsmanship was impressive. The fabric choices were accurate to the film and the stitching was clean. The only minor critique is that the 'prop weapons' section didn't have the exact lightsaber hilt I was looking for to match, so I had to source that elsewhere. Custom stuff takes a while, like a few weeks at least. If NYCC is coming up fast, you might need to ask about rush shipping options.

It's not super quick, from what I remember. I'd give it a good 4-6 weeks for custom, maybe more if it's really elaborate. Check their site, they might have an estimate for commission times.

They're pretty good with their foam props, they don't look cheap at all. Usually, it's high-density EVA foam that's well-painted and shaped.

Custom-made outfits usually have a different return policy. I think they only accept returns if there's a defect, not just if you change your mind or it's a bit off from your measurements.

Coscosmos is generally higher quality for custom stuff, especially detailed armor. EZCosplay is okay, but Coscosmos usually nails the accuracy a bit better.
